Gather requirements and define business process to modernize legacy HR systems to cloud based solutions like Workday HCM and integration. Implement testing strategies and configure Workday Core HCM, Recruiting and Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance, Absence and Leave, Payroll and Time Tracking Modules. Design and develop global security framework, including domain and business security policies across Workday HR Module. Create links between business objects to build various calculated fields such as Extract Single & Multi instances, Build Date, Aggregate Instance, Lookup (Related value, Hierarchies), and evaluate expressions. Have proficient knowledge in FLSA requirements, Payroll and absence engine calculations like Aggregate, Arithmetic, Conditional, Date difference/ extraction, Increment/ Decrement and Instance set comparison. Arrange tenant and localization set-up for HCM and Payroll modules. Build BRIT reports using Workday Studio and configure Prism utilizing various prism functions. Create data-driven tests using TOSCA and automate functionality. Develop and build TOSCA with Jenkins and Jira. Required tools and utilities: HCM, WMS, WSDL, HTML5, CSS3, XML, XSLT,SOAP, UIA Engine, REST, DIS, DEX, SQL, Tricentis, and CCW’s.
Other: Full Time. Travel involved to unanticipated client locations within US.
Requirements: Master's Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
