Job Description

Job Title: IT Business Analyst  

 

JobDuties: Gather requirements and define business processesto modernize legacy HR and Financial systems to cloud-based solutions likeWorkday HCM and Oracle Financials. Develop and execute Test strategies andPlans. Conduct tests to ensure system changes and enhancements meetrequirements. Create use cases, user stories, and technical documentation.Prepare reports and communicate findings to stakeholders. Perform qualityanalysis on initiatives, enhancements, and production defects. Implementtesting strategies and configure Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent andPerformance, Absence and Leave. Test E2E business processes such as EmployeeLife Cycle, Procure to Pay, Record to Report (RTR). Script and execute testsfor back-end testing - ETL, warehousing, Databases, APIs. Test CloudInfrastructure – Instances, Load balancers, Gateways, Security Domains byImplementing TOSCA, qTest, NeoLoad and other Testing and reporting tools.Arrange tenant and localization set-up for HCM and Payroll modules. Build BIRTreports using Workday Studio and configure Prism utilizing various prismfunctions. Create data-driven tests using TOSCA and automate functionality.Develop and build TOSCA with Jenkins and Jira. Required tools and utilities:HCM, Oracle,qtest,Target Process, Jira, HTML5, CSS3, XML, XSLT, SOAP, UIAEngine, REST, DIS, DEX, SQL, Tricentis, and CCW’s. 

 

Other: FullTime.  

 

Requirements: Master's degreein Business Administration or Equivalent. Any suitable combination ofeducation, training or experience accepted.
