Job Description

JobDuties:  Design and developintegration documentation and functional specifications using various toolssuch as Taleo, PeopleFluent, WECI, and PECI in Workday. Build BR100 and MD50documents for OM, Depot Repair, and Field Service in global businesstransformation while adhering to Oracle AIM methodology. Perform GAP Analysisof HCM Workday, Oracle WMS, HRMS, and Financials and build inbound and outboundintegrations using EIB, Core Connector, and Workday Studio. Manage businessprocesses and handle various report writer types such as Advanced, Simple,Matrix, Transpose, and Composite. Test and extract data from in-house OLTP DB’sand create non-EBS extensions using Oracle ADF and EBS using QA Framework.Create CO, CD, and CF for HCM, identify and integrate data sources like OLTP,and migrating Flat Files to the OLAP using Informatica. Implement DEX agentsfor unattended execution and define custom configuration properties for RDP andclassic executions. Improve the overall function of the company throughtechniques such as MoSCoW, KANO model, value stream mapping, walking skeleton,business value, technology risk-based, and 100-point method. Improve softwarequality through implementation of key practices of Extreme Programming (XP)such as Pair Programming, Test Driven Development (TDD), Acceptance Test DrivenDevelopment, and Continuous Integration. Provide software recommendations forimplementations and enhancements using the required tools and utilities, suchas Workday, Oracle WMS, Oracle HRMS, MuleSoft, Tricentis Tosca, QTest, Jira,Azure DevOps, HP ALM, Quality Center, Power BI, WSDL, REST, SOAP UI, DATALoader, DEX, and TDM Servers.


Other: Full Time. Travel involved to unanticipated client locations withinUS.


Requirements: Master's in BusinessAdministration or Equivalent. Any suitable combination of education, trainingor experience accepted.
